What is included in the custom catalog?
We set up a dedicated catalog for your platform. You can include your own products, items from the Space Designer 3D library, or a mix of both. You control exactly what your clients see and use when they design. Catalog configuration is included as a setup service on both the Business and Business Pro plans.
How long does it take to get started?
A typical deployment takes about ten business days, depending on the scope of your catalog and branding choices. This includes the kickoff meeting, catalog configuration, team onboarding, and integration support (on Business Pro and Enterprise). Your team can start using the platform as soon as the onboarding session is complete.
What are shared credits?
Shared credits are a monthly pool used for rendering, AI enhancement, and other premium features. The credits are shared across all seats and client accounts on your plan. If you need more credits in a given month, you can purchase additional credits at any time.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
