Yes. The Starter plan is free, with no credit card required. It is separate from the 5-day trial of Premium, Ultimate and Team, which requires a card. It includes 1 project, a basic catalog, PNG, JPG and PDF exports, and 10 credits per month for renders. Create your Starter account

Credits pay for photorealistic renders, AI images, floor plan detection and DXF exports. Drawing, 3D modeling, screenshots, render previews and PDF exports use no credits. Tool access depends on your plan.

No. Your monthly allowance renews each month on your subscription renewal day, including on a yearly plan. Unused monthly credits do not carry over. Your monthly allowance is used before purchased credits.

Purchased credits do not expire. They remain in your credit balance and are used after your monthly allowance. In a team or class, only the account leader buys extra credits.

An action needs enough credits to cover its cost. You can buy an extra pack or wait for your monthly allowance to renew. Team members and students ask their leader for extra credits. You can keep using the tools included in your active plan that use no credits.

After the first render at a given resolution, changing only the camera, lighting or settings costs half in the same render session and scene: 1.5 credits for 2K, 5 for 4K, or 16.5 for 8K. A different resolution starts at full price. A new session or changed scene also costs full price. This discount applies to renders, not AI image edits.

On Ultimate and Team, Live AI Boost automatically improves the view after you stop moving the camera. Each generated image costs 0.2 credits. Premium uses the manual button.

Premium, Ultimate and Team include a 5-day free trial. A card is required, but you pay $0 at signup. Cancel within the 5 days and pay nothing. Otherwise, your subscription starts when the trial ends, at the monthly or yearly price shown for your plan. A yearly subscription is charged the full yearly total at once.

Monthly plans are billed each month. Yearly plans are billed once for the year; the card shows the yearly total and its monthly equivalent. Included credits still renew every month. An extra Team seat costs $35 per month, or $420 for a full year.

Open Billing in your account settings to see the plans available to you. Available changes depend on your current plan and project count. The team leader manages plan changes for a team.

After the trial, cancelling an eligible subscription stops renewal at the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling the subscription keeps your account and projects; deleting your account is a separate action. The team leader manages cancellation for a team. An overdue payment must be resolved before pausing.

Team starts at $80 per month for 2 seats. Each additional seat costs $35 per month, up to 30 seats. Each member receives 350 credits per month and Ultimate tools. The credit allowance belongs to each member; it is not a shared monthly pool.

Yes. Only the leader buys extra credits. The leader or a manager can give those purchased credits to a member or student. Once given, the credits belong to that person and cannot be taken back. Monthly plan credits cannot be transferred.
