v.6.0.0
Features
- A Brand-New Editor: The interface has been completely redesigned to be clearer, faster, and more pleasant to work with every day. The new toolbar moves freely around your workspace or docks to the top bar, whichever suits the way you work. It gathers the essentials (save, undo, redo, duplicate) and gives direct access to every drawing and annotation tool: walls and rooms, architectural elements (roofs, stairs, railings, floor openings...), dimensions, notes, sections and elevations. Each tool opens its own dedicated window, like level management, so you get where you're going without digging through menus.
- Floor Plan Import with Automatic Detection: Drop in an existing floor plan as a PDF, PNG, or JPEG, whether it comes from software or was drawn by hand. Set the scale by tracing a line over a known distance, or let it be detected automatically. Within minutes, rooms and their names, walls, doors, and windows are detected and rebuilt: your project starts from a faithful base, ready to furnish.
- AI Image Enhancement: Bring your renders to life from the gallery. Describe what you want in a few words (a mood, people, a style) and, if needed, paint the exact area of the image you want to change. Several enhancement engines are available, from the fastest to the most detailed, with the estimated time and credit cost shown before you start: a few seconds are enough to transform the image.
- Documents at Scale: Compose real presentation documents that bring your floor plans, sections, and elevations together on a single sheet. The software recognizes your layout and suggests a scale suited to the paper size, which you can adjust or round in one click. Your documents come out at the right format, ready to print or present.
- Getting-Started Checklist: A guided list of steps walks you from drawing your walls to your first photorealistic render, with a progress counter that ticks off as you work. Each step expands with a short explanation, a mini video demonstration, and a button that opens the right tool directly. Ideal for nailing your first project without missing a thing.
Improvements
- Redesigned Photorealistic Rendering: The new render tab frames your image directly in the 3D view, with your choice of format (widescreen, classic, square, or panoramic, in portrait or landscape) and resolutions up to 8K. Fine-tune the light (exposure, sky brightness, indirect light) and the background (scene, white, or transparent). The automatic mode computes a photorealistic preview in real time, the "Boost" button launches enhancement right from the view, and every image joins the project gallery.
- Walk Between Floors in 3D: In the immersive walkthrough, go up and down stairs naturally, just like in real life. No more switching floors by hand: the path is continuous from the ground floor to the attic.
- Layers: Show or hide families of objects in one click (furniture, walls, annotations...) to work on an uncluttered plan. The layers panel now stays open while you draw, and moves freely around the screen.
- Sharper 3D Navigation: The redesigned navigation pad (joystick and arrows) makes moving around smoother, with the useful options right in its menu: fit the view to the screen, switch to isometric projection, or cut nearby walls to look inside unobstructed. And your favorite viewpoints can be saved as cameras, one click away.
- Compass and Sun Path: The new compass clock, right in the 3D view, shows north and the time of day. Change the time with a gesture and the sunlight follows, so you can check how each room is lit at any hour.
- Project Inventory: The project inventory is more complete, and every project has a fixed sharing address to pass its details along with a single link. For companies, those details can also be retrieved automatically into their own tools.
- Better DXF Export: Objects in your plan are exported as blocks, ready to handle in AutoCAD and compatible CAD software.
- Sections and Elevations: Dress up your sections with new hatch styles.
Bug Fixes
- One Project, One Tab: A project open in two tabs can no longer overwrite itself.
