Delete or Close Your Account

You no longer need to delete your account to stop paying. Space Designer 3D now offers two options:

• Pause your subscription: billing stops, your account and all your projects are kept, and you can resubscribe whenever you want.
• Close your account: permanent deletion of your account, projects and personal data.

Pause your subscription

Pausing schedules your subscription to stop at the end of the billing period you have already paid: you keep full access until that date, and no further charges are made. Your account and projects remain safe. While the subscription is paused you can still log in and view your projects, but editing requires an active plan. You can pause for up to 3 months and resubscribe at any time.

1. Log in to your account and click Account in the top-right corner. The account settings dialog opens.
2. Select Close Account in the left menu. This section contains both options: pausing and closing.

3. In the Pause your subscription card, the message shows the date your pause would start (the end of your current billing period). Click Pause your subscription.

4. Confirm in the dialog. The pause takes effect on the date shown; until then nothing changes.

While your subscription is paused, the same section shows since when, and a Resubscribe button brings you back to the Billing page whenever you are ready to return.

Close your account permanently

1. In the same Close Account section, scroll down to Close account.
2. Enter the email address of your account. It must exactly match your login email.
3. In the Confirmation field, type the confirmation word shown on screen.
4. Optionally, tell us why you are leaving. It helps us improve.
5. Click Close account to finalize the deletion. You will be signed out once the account is closed.
