Landscape-Oriented Single-Story House

A contemporary single-level dwelling designed with Space Designer 3D, redefining spatial relationships by distinctly separating day and night functions. With a total area of 136 square meters, the project creates a refined architectural dialogue between interior living spaces and the surrounding landscape.

The open-plan living zone extends along the landscape-facing side of the house, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glazing that allows light to flood the space and visually merge interior and garden. This transparent facade opens onto a shaded terrace, ideal for outdoor relaxation.

Private and service spaces are grouped on the opposite side of the layout, ensuring privacy and operational clarity. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and utility areas are positioned to benefit from filtered natural light and proximity to quieter zones of the property.

The design features a restrained palette of concrete, wood, and glass, complemented by a pergola structure and carefully framed views of planted courtyards. A green corridor runs the length of the house, creating continuity between built and natural environments.

A useful reference for architects exploring environmentally responsive single-story residential projects.
