Fede House

Fede House: Landscape-Oriented Modern Living

A 136m² Single-Story Residence Designed for Spatial Harmony

The Fede House is a contemporary single-level dwelling that redefines spatial relationships by distinctly separating day and night functions. With a total area of 136 square meters, this project creates a refined architectural dialogue between interior living spaces and the surrounding landscape.

Living Area Seamlessly Integrated With Nature

The open-plan living zone extends along the landscape-facing side of the house, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glazing that allows light to flood the space and visually merges the interior with the garden. This transparent façade opens onto a shaded terrace, ideal for outdoor relaxation.

A Clear Functional Division

Private and service spaces are grouped on the opposite side of the layout, ensuring both privacy and operational clarity. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and utility areas are positioned to benefit from filtered natural light and proximity to quieter zones of the property.

Minimalist Expression and Natural Materiality

The design features a restrained material palette of concrete, wood, and glass, complemented by a pergola structure and carefully framed views of planted courtyards. A green corridor runs along the length of the house, creating continuity between built and natural environments.

This house exemplifies how Space Designer 3D enables architects and designers to develop modern, environmentally responsive residential projects with spatial clarity and aesthetic precision.
