This Club House project, designed with Space Designer 3D, brings together comfort, community, and well-being in a warm, multifunctional residential setting. Envisioned as a hub for social interaction and relaxation, the layout blends indoor and outdoor environments with careful attention to ambiance, circulation, and visual appeal.

Inviting Reception with Vibrant Accents

Visitors are welcomed into a contemporary lounge defined by sculptural seating, playful color contrasts, and a feature wall illuminated by linear lighting. The space is enriched with wood textures, integrated greenery, and artful lighting fixtures that create a vibrant yet calming first impression.

Seamless Flow Between Indoor and Outdoor Zones

The architectural layout promotes fluid transitions across multiple environments: cozy lounges, a piano lounge area, a refined coffee bar, and landscaped terraces with pergolas, playgrounds, and walking paths. Each zone is purposefully arranged to support both interaction and quiet retreat.

Artisanal Coffee Corner with Modern Edge

The coffee area stands out with its artisanal aesthetic: solid wood countertops, veined marble finishes, industrial shelving, and textured dark blue walls. This elegant yet approachable café nook offers a welcoming spot for conversation, refreshment, or solo breaks.

Wellness-Oriented Design with a Natural Focus

Nature is an integral part of the design—from interior planters and living walls to outdoor gardens and shaded patios. Natural light floods the spaces through wide openings, while indoor materials and furnishings reflect a palette of organic tones and sustainable choices.
