Glass Façade Fast-Food Pavilion with Outdoor Seating

This commercial architecture concept designed with Space Designer 3D presents a sleek, contemporary fast-food restaurant characterized by its full-height glazed façades and integrated outdoor seating. Conceived for high-traffic urban or park-side environments, the layout prioritizes transparency, flow, and modular hospitality design.

The two-level structure features a double-height curtain wall system that creates a strong visual connection between interior and exterior. Inside, the ground floor is organized around an efficient self-service counter and kitchen core, while the upper level houses additional seating in a mezzanine-style arrangement for enhanced spatial experience.

A central spiral staircase anchors the volume, blending form and function as it leads visitors to the upper floor. Seating zones are composed of a mix of soft and hard furnishings, creating a comfortable setting for short or extended visits. Natural tones and a palette of soft whites and warm woods contribute to an inviting and relaxed atmosphere.

Externally, the tree-lined terrace is populated with minimalist tables and benches in metal and slatted wood, reinforcing the indoor-outdoor continuity. Potted greenery adds rhythm and scale to the architectural envelope, complementing the shaded ambiance provided by existing trees.

This project exemplifies how Space Designer 3D enables the rapid visualization and testing of complex commercial environments, offering a high level of realism and architectural control for both interior and exterior scenarios
