1. Start Blank Project goes to the project's information (Page unavailable): title, units, details.
2. Location, then, depending on the chosen provider, Details.
3. Create Project opens the empty plan in the editor.

For a single room whose measurements you know, Create Room by Dimensions (Page unavailable) draws its walls for you.
