1. Open the library panel and filter by category, room, or keyword.
2. Drag the item into your 2D Plan view.
3. The item appears at accurate scale. Resize, rotate, or swap its material.

The same item appears in both views: as a scaled top-down symbol in 2D Plan, and as a detailed 3D model in 3D Model view. Any change in one view reflects in the other in real time.

Real Dimensions, Live in 2D and 3D

Every item has accurate measurements. Place a king-size bed and see if it fits with two nightstands. Position the dining table and check the walking distance to the kitchen island. Resize a sofa to match a specific reference, and the new dimensions update in the room area calculation.

Materials can be swapped on items that support customization: fabric colors, wood finishes, countertop surfaces, paint colors. The change applies live in both 2D and 3D views.

Yes. Every item has real-world dimensions baked in. The bed marked "King 180x200" is exactly that size in your floor plan. Room area calculations and walking distances are based on these real measurements.

Can I upload my own 3D furniture models?

What 3D format does the library use for items?

Items are stored in optimized 3D formats designed to render quickly in the browser. When you export your project, items are bundled in your output: as 3D models in GLTF, as 2D symbols in DXF and SVG, and as rendered visuals in PNG and PDF.

Can I search the library by keyword?

Yes. The library panel supports search by keyword, filtering by category or room type, and sorting by relevance. Useful when you need a specific piece like "round dining table 120cm" or "L-shaped sofa for small living room".

Can I resize a library item to match a custom dimension?

Yes. While items come at standard real-world sizes, you can override dimensions to match a specific reference. The room area calculation updates accordingly.

Can I save a curated selection of items for a project?

Project items are saved per project, so you keep track of what you placed. The full library remains available across projects. On Business plans, custom libraries can be scoped per team or per client.

Can I integrate library selections with my own ERP or product system?
